This program makes it easier to do business with us, identify customer opportunities, and sell and support Compuware solutions. The Compuware Partner Network provides the tools, resources, and support partners need to drive revenue and increase profitability.

These communities provide you with an online forum to collaborate, network and exchange best practices with other Compuware solution users worldwide.

You can access the Compuware User Groups Community using your Compuware FrontLine ID and password. If you are new to the User Group Community, select the group you wish to join and request membership.

Online License Management

Compuware Online Licensing Application allows customers to manage their Compuware Product licenses. Customers can perform the following tasks:

  • move Distributed product licenses from one machine to another
  • request a duplicate license key
  • find out which licenses are due to expire or have expired
  • request latest product release
  • view trial licenses

Accessing Compuware Online Licensing Application - FrontLine Login

Compuware Online Licensing is a secured web application and can only be accessed through FrontLine, Compuware's Customer Support Web site, at http://go.compuware.com. Users of the Online Licensing Application must first have an active FrontLine account and login to FrontLine before they can access the Online Licensing Application. Once you are logged into FrontLine, click on the Online Licensing link for access .

If you are an authorized user of Compuware Online Licensing, you will be taken to the application's Home page. If you have not been authorized, you will be taken to the Online Licensing User Registration Screen where you can request access to the application and select the Locations you would like to manage licenses for.

User Registration

The User Registration allows new users to request access to the Online Licensing application and select the Locations they would like to manage licenses for.

FrontLine User ID, First Name, Last Name and Email Address are populated from the user's FrontLine credentials and cannot be modified.

Comments - use the Comments text box to communicate any additional information you would like Worldwide License Management to know, for example, perhaps you do not see a particular Location which you would like access for.

Locations - check the box next to the Location(s) you would like access for. The Locations displayed are the Client Sites for which the user's email address has been used to deliver license keys or product shipment.

Submit for Access button - once you have selected one or more Locations, click the 'Submit for Access' button. Your request will be routed to Worldwide License Management for approval and you will receive an email indicating your authorization status.
